Last Minute Holiday Idea!
Cookies in a Jar
Directions:
1 quart jar
5" charm square of fabric
Layer in jar and make a pretty pattern
2 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup of chips (any kind of candy type chips)
Layer jar with each ingredient
Make a pretty pattern
Top with jar lid then fabric
Seal with ring
Attach recipe
Soften one cube of margerine
add 1 tsp of vanilla
mix until creamy
optional: 1 tsp baking powder
Stir in contents of jar
Spoon table spoon size cookie dough
on to sprayed cookie sheet
Bake 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes
place on cooling rack
